Letting & Rent Collection- 9%

This service includes Letting only Service, plus regular rent collection and detailed monthly statements. Fee of 9% of the total rent for the entire tenancy period, including any extensions or continuations. The fee is collected monthly

  • Detailed monthly statements
  • Deposit registration
  • Prompt payments within 3 working days
  • Full management of end of tenancy disputes
  • Management of utilities during void periods
  • Transparent terms of business prepared by Training for Professionals on behalf of UKALA that we are part of
